Failure to complete payment within the specified deadline may result in cancellation.

Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for additional protection.

We reserve the right to adjust schedules, accommodations, or activities to ensure safety and smooth operation.
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during tours.
Any misconduct or violation of laws may result in termination of services without refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
